    You may reserve up to 24 months ahead. Prime summer weekends and fall festival dates fill quickly, so securing early ensures the best selection and pricing.

  2. Can I bring my own caterer or food trucks?

    Yes. Our open-catering policy welcomes licensed food trucks, bartending services, and specialty dessert vendors at no additional fee; permitting and proof of insurance is required.

  3. Is camping available for multi-day events?

    Absolutely. Our grounds provides a variety of camping options for every preference and style of rig, such as RV hookups, shower houses, and gray-water stations. Bundle nightly camping fees with your rental for seamless attendee check-in and consolidated billing.

  4. What A/V services are included?

    Basic packages feature Wi-Fi, screens, projectors, speakers and microphones. Service provider recommendations available upon request.

  5. Is alcohol permitted on site?

    No—However, alcohol can be provided for private event rentals by a licensed bar catering service.
